How it works:

After you purchase a diagnostic/repair service from CanDigi we will email you an order conformation. Pack up your damaged unit securely and enclose your order conformation, or order number. Ship your device with your preferred carrier.

Once we receive your unit we our technician will perform a full diagnostic to determine the type of damage sustained to your unit. After the tests are complete our technician will contact you with service details and a quote for your approval and payment. Once your approval and payment are received out technician will perform the necessary repairs or data recovery. Then a full diagnostics will be preformed to ensure that the repair was successful. If any other damage is found during the full diagnostic we will contact you for further repair arrangements.

When all repairs and diagnostics are complete we will ship your repaired unit back to you.

In the event you elect not to repair your unit you will be billed for the forward and return shipping , in some cases CanDigi may offer to purchase your damaged device for parts. If you agree to the offer the remaining shipping charges will be deducted and any remaining balance sent back to you. We will contact you to make payment arrangements if applicable.
