We provide repair services and upgrades for a wide variety of electronic products. You may bring your electronic device to our location or mail it to us. A technician will diagnose your problem and contact you to discuss the diagnosis and solution options in order to satisfy your service request.

In most cases, a technician will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your product. Most repairs can be completed within 48 hours (normal business days). Once the service is complete, we will contact you to arrange for pick up. If you shipped your item to us, it will be returned to the delivery address you provided on the Service Request. We will pay the cost of shipping to you.
